How Losing Weight Corrupted My Soul

Losing weight and reaching my goal was a satisfying experience but the following change in my character was less then desirable.

The Harsh Reality.

Most of my life I’ve been an easy going passive man with everyone else’s best interest at heart until the day I decided I wanted to lose weight. The first and obvious reason for wanting to lose weight was for the health benefits, the second reason was to get attention, being overweight does not do much for the law of attraction. The more fit you look, I’ve learned through observation is what gets the girl or so I thought. Before I explain how I lost the weight I’d like to tell you a short story that may have led me astray.

When I was in high school, I fell in love with whom I thought was the most beautiful girl on the planet. After weeks of gathering up enough courage and no longer able to resist, I approached my first love and asked her if she’d be willing to accompany me on a date, her response was the most pain I ever felt in all my life.

Her response to my amicable request was this, you are kinda cute, but the only way I would ever go out with you is if you lose weight, she then turned and continued on as if nothing. I was absolutely stunned and devastated, if only she got to know me she could look past my imperfections. Needless to say, it took some time to get over this, but I did once I realized how shallow this girl really was, I have never forgotten her words.

How I Lost The Weight.

From that moment in high school, it changed my perspective of the world and the harsh reality, I spent the next few years feeling sorry for myself and blaming everyone including God for making me the way I am, and started experiencing a feeling of hate.

One day I woke up and decided I would do whatever it takes to lose weight and began my search for the solution to my problem. There were so many weight loss solutions but the more I read the more it led to the Acai Berry. The Acai Berry pill combined with a moderate exercise program led me to reach my weight loss goal of 170lbs losing more then 65lbs in total within six months. All I did was fill a free acai berry trial.

This was fantastic, but now there was another problem.

Too Much Attention From The Opposite Sex.

Now that I had finally reached my ideal weight and a toned body, the world had instantly changed for me. I was getting more attention from the opposite sex then I could ever imagine, I was always a fairly good looking guy and had been told this on numerous occasions but when I lost the weight, it was a revelation. My personality started to change, I became what I once loathed.

Getting a date was no longer an issue, women were appoaching ME for a change, but I became rude and cocky. I had never forgotten those words long ago from my first love, the hate I had developed from those few words were disguising who I truly was. I didn’t like who I had become.

Sticks and Stones.

The moral of the story here is that, the old adage, “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me” is simply false. If anything it hurts more. So to everyone who reads my article, I simply wanted to remind you to always choose your words carefully because they can truly affect the life of others.

I have been struggling to maintain the weight loss simply because of the person I became. Losing the weight has been easy with the use of Acai Berry Select and moderate exercise. I feel better now seeing my first love on occasion when I return to my hometown, she has since gained a lot of weight and her husband is twice the size I was, life truly can be cruel sometimes.
