Panpsychism is an ancient philosophy, which regards all things as conscious living beings. This means that any substance containing atoms is alive. There are two important terms used by the Body Alive Principle; these are “little minds” and “super mind”.

The little minds are the cells of our body. They are the foot soldiers. Each has its own consciousness independent of the body’s hive mentality. At the same time, the little minds know that they must have unity in order to operate efficiently. The organs are like the higher minds of the body. The organs and systems have a special consciousness of their own. For the most part our insides get their job done without our assistance. The little minds hate being micro-managed. They know how to do their jobs. It’s only when there is a problem or a malfunction that they need our supervision. This is when we find ourselves in the doctor’s office.

At times, the body may need our intervention in order to get things back on track.

This requires leadership skills. The little minds look to the super mind for direction. It’s important for the super mind to express its authority when it is called for. The little minds will only obey the super mind if trust is established. Trust is instilled through the exceptional behavior of the super mind. The super mind must conduct its affairs according rules of fairness and honesty. The most important quality a great leader possesses is integrity. By working on our integrity, we bring harmony to our entire body.

What we fail to realize is that the body is its own best physician. The body can cure its own ills. The Body Alive Principle makes this happen through the application of empathetic listening and positive communication. This exchange takes place using the platform of our imagination. By visualizing the injured area of the body, we can positively command the organs and cells responsible to clean up its quarters. Self-hypnosis is employed in this process.

Listening to the complaints and concerns of the little minds is a critical point. If the little minds feel stifled or unheard, they will go on strike. All entities want to be recognized. They want others to acknowledge their existence. The body is no different. The best thing you can do for your health is appreciate your body. Special attention to your body will go a long way.

Bodybuilding.com was recently raided this September 2009 for allegedly selling products containing anabolic steroids. The steroids that have become so popular in the recent news lately once again grab the headlines.From baseball, football, track and field, to practically all Olympic sports the steroid saga has not stopped. Steroids enhance the performance of athletes through promoting bigger gains in lean muscle and assisting in fat The recent raid at Bodybuilding.com has confused many people. Despite the on-going campaign against steroids that has reached even the congress, Bodybuilding.com still carelessly sold them. Is it really true that they did?The simple answer would be: Yes. Bodybuilding.com, the world’s largest bodybuilding store and bodybuilding website with millions of members did sell steroids. But as with all things in this world, it isn’t that simple. It isn’t black and white. Several of Bodybuilding.com’s products tested positive on the following substances: Madol, Tren, Androstenedione, Superdrol and Turinabol. Most of them are what you call “prohormones.”There were not classified as steroids until recently. They are not steroids but simply substances with steroid like properties. Prohormones accomplish this by transforming themselves into steroids when broken down by the body. Although the manufacturers claim that these products produced effects that were equal to steroids they did not. But hordes of bodybuilders did believe the marketing hype and these supplements sold off the Bodybuilding.com website quickly.So what went wrong? The FDA issued several warnings to Bodybuilding.com about these products. It was not until recently that the FDA did not approve of that these prohormones were steroids. They actually allowed these products to pass off as supplements. However, recently the FDA branded that these prohormones were steroids. Nobody really knows what steroids are anymore. Technically steroids, anabolic steroids, are derivatives of the male hormone testosterone. This hormone is responsible for male gender specific traits in bodybuilding’s case muscle hypertrophy. But since the FDA now considers prohormones in the same category as steroids they are now prohibited. That is why the raids on the Bodybuilding.com’s warehouses and several other retailers as well.For now bodybuilding supplements do not contain steroids. Prohormone based supplements are out of the market. Hopefully the FDA will make a clearer distinction to what constitutes a steroid. Because the steroid craze might never end.

Dinosaurs were pre historic reptiles that lived in the Mesozoic era from 248 million to 65 million years ago. The largest was 100 feet long and up to 50 feet tall; the smallest the size of a chicken. Paleontologists have put together a complete picture of tiny dinosaurs from fossils. The five smallest are:

1. The microaptor, a fascinating creature and the smallest carnivore which could easily be mistaken for a mutated bird. It was feathered on arms, legs and tail, making it a four – winged dinosaur. It measured two feet from head to tail and subsisted entirely on a diet of insects.

2. The microceratops was the smallest herbivore at a foot and a half high and 4 pounds in weight. It moved swiftly on two feet to avoid the onslaught of bigger predators.

3. Pterosaurs were flying reptiles that varied in size from a few inches to over 40 feet.

They were lightly built and had hollow bones. They had powerful wings which they flapped rather than glided. They were carnivores and ate fish, crabs and insects.

4. The lariosaurus was the smallest aquatic reptile at about 2 feet long from head to tail and weighing a little over 20 pounds. It had a streamlined body and a long pointed tail. It lived both on land and in water.

5. The Humming bird is the smallest of the dinosaur species that lives even today. It can weigh as little as one tenth of an ounce. Some paleontologists believe that dinosaurs did not go extinct but evolved into birds one of which is the humming bird.
